Greece blames Ilir Meta for blocking negotiations between two states

Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias has declared that the Athens ʹ Tirana negotiations have been blocked because of the Albanian president's reserves and Albania's constitutional court's quorum. Kotzia made these statements after meeting with German counterpart Heiko Maas, who he said informed him of the Prespa Agreement (for Macedonia's name) and the performance of negotiations with Albania.
“We made negotiations with Albania. And as you know, they are now blocked not by us, nor by the Foreign Ministry there, but by the administrative problems they have, in the disagreement of the country's president with the government. And in the fact that the Constitutional Court at this moment has no complete quorum to function fully”, Kotzias said in a brief press proposal.
Kotzias once again expressed the Greek government's commitment to the Athens-based Skopje agreement.
“We support and support the Prespa agreement. We consider this and I'll never get tired of repeating, that “the story must be school and not prison”. The deal got us out of jail. Some dream of going back to prison. We will not follow.
Kotzias also underlined the opposition of official Athens to a possible exchange of territories between Kosovo and Serbia.
“We don't want to have border changes in the region. We don't want to have acts that can lead to negative dominoes. On the other hand, may both states solve their problems. And of course, it's up to them to figure out how they're going to solve”, the chief of Greek diplomacy said. /Alsat M/Kosovo priss/
