Pristina, Prizren, Gjakova and Ferizaj on list these are municipalities where votes will be recounted

At the Centre for Counting and Results has begun implementing the CEC's decision to count different locations, from all municipalities in Kosovo.
Under the CEC decision, the ballots of 185 regular locations, which were pre-counted at the Municipal Election Centres, reports ExpressTranseton Periscope.
Valmir Elezi, the CEC's deputy, says the number represents 7.41% of the deployments of 2,498 regular locations in which the vote was held on June 7th 2026.
The number of locations that he claims will be recounted according to the municipalities is as follows: Decani (4votimes, 8,33%); Gjakova (10, 6.94%); Glogoc/Drenas (5, 6.85%); Gjilan (9, 7.09%); Dragash (4, 7.02%); Istog (4, 6.67%); Kacanic (3, 6.82%), Kline (5, 8.06%); Fushe Kosovo (5, 8.06%); Kamenice (3, 6.52%); South Mitrovica (7, 7%); Leposaviq (2, 8%); Obilic (3, 8.82%); Rahovec (5), 6.67%); Peja (9, 6.67%); Podujevo (7, 6.80%) Pristina (18, 6.87%); Prizren (16, 6.90%); Sperra (5, 7.04%), Zoom (3, 9.09%) Shtrpce (2, 11.76%); Suhareka (6, 6.8%); Ferizaj (10, 6.85%); Year (5), 8.06%); Duration (6, 6.74%); Zubin Potok (2, 1333%); Zvecan (2, 18.18%); Malisheve (5, 6.94%); Yunik (1, 16.67%); Mamusa (1, 20%); Eat of Elez (1, 9.09%); Gracanica (3, 9.09%); Ranilug (1, 10%); Partesh (1, 14.29%); Klokot (2, 25%) and North Mitrovica (2, 9.52%).
The CEC's decision is based on the Electoral Order for the functioning of the Counting and Results Centre. This sublegal act is envisioned since accepting election materials from regular polling places in the CNR, the CEC will assess the situation and, as necessary, may decide to recount”.
This measure of control, according to Elez, is envisioned by the CEC to address the problems recorded in some of the Municipal Counting Centres during the number of candidates for MPs from last December's elections, and aims to ensure that the count has been conducted accurately. /Periscope/
