State Department: Willing to help Kosovo secure energy future, including American gas

The US State Department has said that co-operation in the field of energy is one of the pillars of economic co-operation with European partners. So have Washington questioned about the US request that Kosovo connect to the American gas network and Kurti Government's stance not to build ING networks within Kosovo, but to be locked up in the Vlora plant.
From the UN, energy co-operation increases Europe's security.
“Export of American energy is a central pillar in our economic co-operation with European partners. American energy exports strengthen energy security in Europe”, said by the US State Department for Express.
As far as Kosovo is concerned, the UN has said the US is ready to co-operate with the American energy industry and the Government of Kosovo for a secure energy future through the diversification of its electricity supply, including Natural Energy Gas (LNG)
The United States is willing to co-operate with the US energy industry and the Government of Kosovo to secure Kosovo's energy future through the diversification of its power supply, including US LNG”, the US State Department have said.
The demand Kosovo joins the American gas network has also been granted by the US Embassy in Kosovo. Charged with work at the American Embassy, Annu Prattipati, has done so by means of an copyright published days ago.
Even the economic issue official at the American Embassy in Pristina, Micah Savidge, has said Kosovo risks losing significant investment opportunities unless it provides sustainable energy supplies.
He has even demanded that Kosovo build a gas plant. These statements have come after Prime Minister Albin Kurti's stance that Kosovo can connect to the Vlora plant and from there import electricity.
The American gas project had also been a theme in 2021 when the MCC had established funds available for Kosovo to be connected to the American gas pipeline. However, that project was not selected by the Kurti Government, and it was decided that those funds would be spent on the battery project to save electricity. /Periscope
