CNN: $300 billion for Iran's reconstruction, how much is that?

The 14-point memorandum of understanding that President Donald Trump reached with Iran envisions the creation of a $300 billion fund for Iran's reconstruction and economic development.
Very few details have been made about the plan mostly remain unclear who will finance it.
For the time being, Trump has said the US will not pay anything and has suggested that money can come from Gulf states and Iran's frozen funds.
To put this figure in perspective, CNN wrote what $300 billion represents:
Approximately equal to NASA's budget for 12 years its 2026 budget is 24.4 billion dollars.
Approximately the largest 50th economy in the world, similar to Finland's economy, which last year was $317 billion.
Approximately equal to China's military spending last year some $3336 billion, according to the assessment of the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute.
A little lower than the national budgets of countries like Turkey (339 billion dollars) and Canada (345 billion dollars) over the past year. /Periscope
