One person is taught to have been arrested as the author of the event.
A 35-year-old named Anthony Valenti, who allegedly shot several times in the direction of the 23-year-old Albanian on Friday and September 7th, has ended up in handcuffs.
The U.S. media record that none of the 35-year-old shooting hit Frasheri, but it was his accomplice, the one who stabbed him in the neck, causing him to die, in what police believe was a confrontation on matters related to the marijuana.
Valenti, who lives in Bensonhurst, has 10 previous arrests, including for drugs and the direction of drunk-suit, a police source said.
