Art Motion's reaction to KPM board and Champions Rights Memory

This cruel and unfair campaign, with xenophobia, hate speech, with roots and deninforms, is trying to cover the business history of memory, in the signing of millions of contracts, for the purchase of the Champions League television rights.

In this case, this platform has bought precious goods without carefully reading its contents, obligations, and responsibilities, but also the side from which it purchased this commodity.

By buying the rights to broadcast the Champions League for Kosovo, Rekall has won them only for Albanian-language broadcasting, while other transmission options have been available for sale.

Moreover, there has been a huge stir for the purchase of Art Motion's rights for broadcasting the sports channel Arena Sports, the property of the HD-win company from Belgrade, which also has the right to issue the League of Champions -- Europe League of League, French League and many other sports -- for Kosovo, in another language, not Albanian.

It is the pure lie from Rekall and others who are pressing dust on its behalf, who have managed to manipulate with the Government, Parliamentary Assembly Media Commission of the Kosovo Assembly, whose leader is MP Nat Hasani.

Moreover, by exploiting political ties, the owners of memory have directly influenced Kosovo lawmakers to pressure the Independent Media Commission, the board of this institution, to openly favour the Rekall platform, severely violating the regulation for the distribution of Media Services Providers Audio and Audiovial and the Law for the Independent Media Commission.

In a word, the KPM Board has become the Media Political Board, which despite the fact that Art Motion, completely orderly, and by respecting all laws, has secured the transmission of the Arena Sports Channel in Kosovo, in which, among other things, the Champions League is being transmitted, trying to prevent this transmission.

The unfairness of Memory also proves that this very platform is the one that has had business partner Arena Sport company's sports channel from Belgrade, and has collaborated with him until June of this year, as the League of Champions has acquired them from it.

This best proves the document we defeated in which the HD company from Belgrade has sold its rights to KU JETES to broadcast the Champions League on Kosovo territory, but only in Albanian, into its channels: K-Sport 1, K-Sport 2, K-Sport 3 K-Sport 4 and K-Sport 5, for editions 2015/2016, 2016/2017 and 2017/2018.

Also, it can be seen here in terms of the regular communication and correspondence of the Sports Memory Department with that of TV Arenas Sports, concerning the order and demand of matches that would be broadcast on Memory.

The irreversibility of memory also concerns the next fact that it has played with the feelings of the people of Kosovo, playing with nationalist emotions, accusing the Art Motion platform that the latter bought television rights from the same company that Rekall has been co-operating with and that he was partners with, until several months ago.

In fact, all televisions and media that have broadcast the Champions League from 2001 to the present, rights for broadcasting this UEFA race, but even most European football leagues, have been acquired by business partners from Belgrade.

How is it that this has never so far become a fuss?

Why did the Independent Media Commission or even the Parliamentary Commission for Media never raise its voice on the issue?

What is the reason this is happening exactly now, when Art Motion has the right to broadcast the Arena Sports Channel, which, among other sports, has the right to broadcast even the Champions League for Kosovo.

Also, it is surprising why no one has ever raised their voices to react to other Belgrade canal emissions on Kosovo platforms.

If you take a little bit of trouble and walk with your television pilot through the programming content of the Memory rig, Ipko, Telkos, but also Art Motion and others, you will see and will be convinced that they transmit channels from Serbia like B-92 or now O2, Pink, platform Fox from Belgrade and many other channels from this one, but also other countries in the region.

Now the question is, should the transmissions of these canals be stopped or just the Arena Sports Channel, which is broadcast in Art Motion?

And the next question that comes immediately to mind is, why did the Independent Commission Board for Media, Government, Kuwait, Nat Hasani and other politicians not react to these phenomena for 18 years now?

The answer is very simple: this time it and its satellites have used connections with institutional leaders of all levels to put pressure on the KPM by forcing it to make anti-legal decision, violating all existing regulations and laws, to neutralise the amateur business error that Rekam made when he bought the rights to the Champions League.

To save the millions invested, NETHERSA is not choosing means and ways to stop the progress and development of the newest and most attractive platform in our country, Art Motion.

This is happening in the fact that Art Motion has not yet stretched well through Kosovo, has made former subscribers to other operators in the country, and primarily those of memory, to be directed to Art Motion, which offers hundreds of new and attractive programmes.

Therefore, UNDERTS have launched a rowed propaganda, deninformation, and hate speech in order to tarnish the Art Moion platform.

Synchronically, it has also provided the support of the appointed deputies, primarily the chairman of the Parliamentary Commission for Media, Nat Hasani, who did not hesitate to join this “public consolidation”.

But what is the truth in all this work?

In the new cycle of TV rights sales for the League of Champions and Europe League, in the 2018-2021 season, agency T EAM, who was authorized by the U The EFA to make the global sale of television rights, on May 1st 2017, has sent information letter to interested companies, stressing four points:

1. Kosovo to independently tender for LK's rights between 2018-21
2. This process will start simultaneously for Kosovo, Albania
3. Serbian broadcasters to be allowed to compete for Serbian-language broadcasting in Kosovo, as part of the tender process
4. Kosovo's exact tender date has not been defined, but according to all odds it will not start before the end of (2017)

In fact, on February 14 and 15, company officials T EAM were in Pristina and met, at the Suis Diamond Hotel, with interested parties. These included Memory and Art Moto. During the meeting, Art Moion officials have been interested in whether they can buy the rights in the Serbian language for Kosovo, but the answer they received was that they had already been sold.

In this case it has become clear that the tender of the League of Champions and Europe Evil will become individually but may also be crucified; Kosovo and Albania will tender simultaneously, while broadcasters from Serbia will be allowed tender for Serbian languages in Kosovo.

It is true that UNRATESA has managed to buy exclusive rights for Kosovo, in Albanian, but not other rights for our country that Areena Sport had provided. Meanwhile, Art Moion has legally contracted broadcasting this channel on its platform, and with that, the right to release its entire programming content, which can legally be issued to Kosovo.

When he realized that his mistake and the other fact that the Champions could be broadcast without a problem in Kosovo, in the Serbian language, by some channel of the other platform, which is not the Rekall, this platform launched the Media Initiative of Art Motion, putting pressure on the Independent Media Commission, through the Parliamentary Commission for Media, which is led by Nat Hasani, through him and the commission even to the KPM Board, which is arbitraryly rejecting all the facts that Art Weather has all legal rights to broadcasting Gold in Kosovo, including the Golden League program.

After all, a source from the Independent Commission for Media has said that this commission, has carefully addressed the subject in question, and has found that Art Moion has all the legal rights to transmit it to its Champions League platform, but in Serbian language, through the Arena Sport channel. Also, this source said that even memory has been known that it has rights to broadcast only in Albanian, which clearly writes Albanian in the contract that memory officials themselves signed.

Moreover, this source has said that in the last three days there has been tremendous pressure on the KPM to deny Art Motion's right to broadcast the Champions League through the Arena Sports Channel.

So wild and open political involvement in influence The KKP, to protect the financial interests of the UNKETES' reckless contract and by rejecting legal and fair contracts that Art Motion has, is an act of unrecognised, dishonest and against the laws and regulations the state of Kosovo itself has made.

What really happened in the last days?

KU J T ESA through media satellites, politics, Government and Parliament launched unprecedented pressure on the KPM Board on the Independent Commission for Media to make illegal decisions to halt the transmission of the Arena Sport, the same channel that Rekall itself has been co-operating until several months ago.

In fact, with this pressure, the KPM Board wants this institution, so KPM, to turn it into the Political Media Commission.

For those who learn a little of politics, they realize that there is direct political interference in the work of an independent, but media commission, directly violating Article 6 of the KPM Law, which says:

The KPM members, as well as KPM personnel, were given no instruction from any person or other subject, including government subjects. KPM independence is respected at any time and no person or subject is allowed to influence KPM members in carrying out their” tasks.

Now, imagine the absurd thing that the KJETESA complains at the KPM about this case, the KPM calls Art Moion for clarification and requires all documents and evidence. Art Moion sends all contracts that prove to be legal and that this platform works 100 percent legally.

Next, it requires KPM to intervene and prevent Art Moion. UEFA does the opposite, as in its response to the KPM, it says that Arena Sport and Art Motion are in order and that they can broadcast the Champions League in Kosovo in Serbian.

When all of this goes wrong, it starts the dishonest campaign of Art Motion's lynching, using lies, densions and deformities of documents, but never showing and clarifying them completely, hiding the truth and all the time, playing with the card of false nationalism, even though it knows that until several months ago, it has collaborated with this same Arena Sport.

This action is rude and unprofessional and is done with the sole aim of saving from the careless signing of the million contract, which, however, was also confirmed by the U. EFA and KPM, that memory does not ensure exclusive emissions of the Champions League in Kosovo, other than Albanian-language broadcasting, as others can broadcast it in other languages.

It is a disaster for Kosovo that the UNRATES has used business and political influence to influence the KPM Board to take Art Moion to “gioin” and punish the latter without any guilt.

This is incompatible and Art Motion assures everyone, that the KPM Political Board cannot break all laws by making open favour to memory, that Art Motion will complete the legal contract with the Arna Sport, and that all those who have acted in a non-legal way will face judicial consequences.

For all of these Art Moion has undeniable evidence and facts and facts and that anyone involved in this public lynching will be answered before the law.

This is the unsuccessful attempt of memory, with the help of politics, to halt the newest and most violent platform in Kosovo, which is spreading in a stormy manner.

In other words, the KPM Political Board cannot stop broadcasting champion League matches and dozens of other Arena Sports in Art Motion.
