Kosovo's Special Prosecutor has filed an indictment at the Department of Criminal Affairs at the Criminal Court against M.Z. defendants because of co-ordination with N.N. The men committed a war crimes offense.
According to the PRSK indictment, the defendant during the 1998 June-July period has taken an active part in organised attacks against the Albanian population by members of Serb forces in the village of Dush of Kline municipality.
The defendant, M.Z., has carried out attacks against the Albanian population in the quality of the Serbian police, soldier and paramilitary, along with other Serbs in the village of Dush, with whom they fought together with the N.N.
