Maduro was speaking at a military event in Caracas when the alleged attack against him was carried out, the BBC writes.
The images showed how he suddenly looked up and scared and soldiers were leaving.
Maduro has blamed Colombia for the attack, something denied by Bogota calling the charges groundless.
Seven soldiers have remained injured, and some were later arrested, Venezuelan authorities have announced.
Two fears loaded with explosives approached where the president was standing, Communications Minister Jorge Rodriguez said.
Maduro himself later said: “A flying object burst near me, a powerful explosion. A few seconds ago, the second explosion --” happened.
