They're all causing trouble in communications.
All of this is added to broken lights. The Pristina municipality is planning to set up high-priced new lights, but to maintain those currently Pristina municipality costs 50,000 euros because it is made by a company.
Kosova pres per day has tried to get an answer about light maintenance from the company “EcoInvest”, which the municipality has contracted for traffic surveillance, but that they have not responded to the calls.
Company “Ecolvest” has not declared capital, while declaring only one worker.
Those who are in communications every day are not at all satisfied with the way the lights work in the capital.
Frustrated not only with the traffic lights but also with the rule of Shpend Ahmeti was expressed by passersby Shaban Jashari, who, while passing the lights on the “Agim Ramadani”, has long said he feels at risk.

They have problems when the lights are not working, and Blerim Duraku, who is a taxi driver, agrees.

Every day, the “Agim Ramadani” is crossed by Lozart Fazliu, who says she feels at risk as she passes traffic lights that are out of use, but, according to her, car drivers are also understanding them.

Kadri Hamiti from Shkabai says that since the lights don't work properly, citizens should have greater attention as they cross the street because they feel threatened by accidents.

Speaking in terms of traffic surveillance, Halil Halili official for traffic in the Pristina municipality says they mostly face traffic damage due to accidents.
He told Kosovo Press that once they receive the signal that a traffic light is out of place, the teams immediately intervene together with the company, which has been contracted by the municipality for monitoring and maintenance of the lights.

According to Halil, seeing the more busy intersections during peak hours have set up new lights.
According to him, the cost of setting a traffic light for the municipality of Pristina costs 30 thousand to 50,000 euros, but that depends on the price of equipment and technology used.
There are three neighborhoods where new lights will soon be set. According to Halil in the neighbourhood “Arberia”, on “Marrejm Fejza” and near the school “iliria” on the Sun Coast, the Pristina municipality has soon preceded the deployment of three new traffic knots.
