President Hashim Thaci has held the next conference, where he has talked about dialogue with Serbia.
Here are some of Thaci's words, broadcast by Periscopi, where he now says the possibilities of reaching the deal are very small.
Part of Thaci's speech:
Possible or impossible scenarios or opinios, I consider the public and institutional debate about the most important process for Kosovo, respectively, the process of dialogue for reconciliation between the state of Kosovo and Serbia.
I think so just carefully analyzing all possible options, going even further and taking the liberty of discussing topics that have been considered taboo, we will come together at the end of solving this process that will be fully compatible with the state.
Kosovo has its state obligations.
Kosovo's parliament is the main supervisory institution that has and will have the final word for ratification or non-subordination of an eventual agreement that will come to an end of this process
I have stressed several times that the process of dialogue with Serbia and the possibilities of reaching the final agreement, for mutual recognition, are very small, but that this possibility, however small, should be used to reach a peaceful agreement.
The dialogue has only one essential goal, reaching an inter-state agreement, rating, recognition and reconciliation peacefully.
All those acts involved in this process would be invited to highlight the fact that the agreement will be reached only through dialogue.
I believe in wisdom and courage to unite because we have no time to waste.
Those who think that Kosovo should not hurry and think that time works in our favor are completely wrong. /Periscope.
