From the next conference, held at the Kosovo Economic Ode, Thaci has said that neither the European Union nor the United States will be able to prevent the union of the Presevo Valley with Kosovo if a bilateral agreement is reached.
But it has refused to show what Kosovo-Serbia would give in exchange for the Valley, Koha Ditore writes today.
