Three years since Special Court approval, no indictment yet

There were 82 votes for, five against, and one abstention, which led the government to send two more bills regarding Special.
The opposition was the most vocal in opposing the establishment of the Special Court, calling it unfair, selective and would violate the country's sovereignty.
The government and position deemed this vote unfair, but necessary to remove allegations of crimes committed by the Kosovo Liberation Army in the last war.
Three years after this institution has not yet filed an indictment
