KFOR Public Affairs Office deputy head Giuseppe Prete has told the Koha.net portal that the situation in northern Kosovo is calm and that they are carrying out tasks that UN Resolution 1244 defines.
“KFOR is continuing to carry out its normal tasks today, as we have other activities throughout Kosovo. Our activities are conducted in accordance with Resolution 1244. The situation in the north, as in all of Kosovo, is calm”, Prete has said.
He has said that Kosovo Police are also in the north, while he has appreciated good co-operation with this and all other security institutions in Kosovo.
