Referendum in Macedonia, election list search begins tomorrow

Since tomorrow (9 August) data check begins on the election list for implementation of the referendum on September 30th. The inspection will last until August 23, 2018 until 24: 00 p.m. K The S.Z. called on citizens to check the data on the election list, and if they think it is needed, to demand change, complete or delete data on them. Data checks can be carried out via the KSHZ site https://izbiracspisok.gov.mk/ and at regional offices and KSHZ offices, MIA broadcast.

Requests for change, fulfillment or elimination of data on the electoral list, citizens hand them over to the regional offices and offices of the state electoral Commission, while citizens of the RM, who are at temporary work or stay abroad, request is electronically delivered to the KSHZ.

From the day of the start of the search to the end, citizens of the RM, who are for temporary work or stay abroad, can deliver leaflets signed by hand to Diplomatic Representative- Consulate (PDK) or electronically via the KSHZ app.

Papers Ahead The PDK, or consular offices in the two-day term after completing the search, must surrender in electronic form to the MPJ, while the MPJ, late on August 27th, must inform the KSHZ. Otherwise, the diaspora on the referendum issue will be promoted on 29 September.

K The SZ for citizens' requests and leaflets is obliged to decide on the deadline by 48 hours from the day of admission. If the decision is brought to the motion, the 24-hour-long citizen of the decision's admission could file charges at the Supreme Court. The 24-hour Supreme Court after the indictment's admission and the verdict immediately hands the verdict to the plaintiff in electronic form.

The electoral list, which can be examined publicly, is with citizens' data, which by September 30th of 2018, have entered adulthood.
