The accused of serious murder, Reshat Ademi, was released and then taken into custody for a murder that occurred in 2016 in Pechan, Suhareka. Following this act of justice, the deceased's family, Abbesin Bytyqi, charges that the prosecution and court have been corrupted. T7 brings the testimony of the parties and the facts of corruption in this case.
In October 2016, Murat and Reshat Ademi are accused of killing Abednego Bytyqi from Suhareka.
According to the indictment, Resmije Bytyqi, also a cousin of the brothers Ademi, committed this murder. They are accused by Prizren's Constitutional Prosecutorship of the assassination and carried out even in co-operation with Fadil Fetiu. It's classified as a serious murder in co-ordination. The penalty for this crime ranges from ten years to life imprisonment.
