The person who struck passersby before the British Parliament, accused of attempted murder

Salih Khader, 29, from Birmingham, allegedly entered his car on footmen and cyclists on August 14th.

The case is being handled as terrorism, authorities have declared. Khater will appear before the court in Westminster on Monday.

Three people have been injured by the incident, which is considered a terrorist act because of methodology, location and target.

Khater, originally from British-based Sudan, is accused of attempted murder of passersby and of attempted murder of police officials.
