Albania's Diaspora Minister Pandeli Majko told Kosovars last night that from January 1st there will be no border between Kosovo and Albania. That statement was issued in Skenderaj during a manifestation dedicated to the exiles.
Majko stressed that Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama has made the decision in question, and on January 1st there will be no border between the two states.
“Must open the border between Albania and Kosovo, the prime minister told us he has made the decision, on January 1st the free movement between Albania and Kosovo”, Majko said last night.
Although Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj and President Hashim Thaci were present in the manifestation, neither of them spoke about Edi Rama's decision to remove the border.
