In an interview for the daily Web site, RTK Pacolli stressed that these ideas are political rhetoric. Washington and Brussels, according to him, do not support such a proposal.
Final dialogue underscored Pacolli implies mutual recognition and Kosovo's membership in the UN, and by no means border changes.
“I work close to the president and can assure you that the president has no plans to bring the issue of changing Kosovo's border, the foreign minister said.
