The Taliban group has claimed responsibility for the attack. Wahida Shahkar, spokesperson for the Parwan province, said the attack occurred near the town of Charakar.
NATO has completed its mission in Afghanistan in 2014, but some troops still provide support and training to Afghan soldiers. / REL
