MPB rejects over 300 Kosovo citizenship

“over this total period of 612 people have applied for the citizenship of the Republic of Kosovo.
A total of 367 people have received negative answers. These requirements have not met the pre-laws with the laws at power”, the MPB response reported, writes the indexonline.
According to the MPB, the requirements for becoming a citizen of Kosovo come mainly from countries in the region like Serbia, Albania, Macedonia and Turkey. Otherwise there are three ways of gaining citizenship: with attitude in the Republic of Kosovo, with family reunions, as well as by president decree.
