A month's detention for attempted assassination in Prizren

Prizren's Foundation Court, the Department for Criminal Crimes, ruling on Prizren's Constitutional Prosecutor's request, has appointed the month-long detention measure to initial defendants A.B. from the village of Prugovac é Komuna in Pristina.

This was due to suspicion based on committing the criminal act of attempted murder.

The detention measure will be calculated from the moment of arrest date 03.08.18 by 23:10 minutes and will last until the date 02.09,2018.

With the date 03.08.2018 about 1500, in the village of Samadedradge ʹ the Suhareka municipality, the defendant in the public country deliberately tries to deprive another person of his life, thus endangering people's lives, so that his parked vehicle hits four times in the direction of the initial injury S.D., which with a bullet hit the horny left. The defendant's determination to commit criminal work and travel from Fushë Kosovo to a Suhareka village in Samadedradge, suspected the defendant may have a tendency to complete the criminal act. So setting up the detention measure at this phase of development of procedure is more than necessary”, the tribunal's communiqué says.
