Referring to a letter addressed to MAST, the minister said it constitutes blackmail.

This letter is of a type of blackmail which aims to put direct pressure on state institutions for an illegal institution's demands. SPE”, the minister said during a news conference.

What I mean is that this is not now that the ISPE is doing to our institution, but there has been a continuation of the pressures to unfairly discredit programmes, whether to be influenced by the State Council of Quality for accrediting programs of this institution”, he added.

Bytyqi has expressed his determination to support the work of independent institutions.

What I mean is that we are determined to respect independent institutions, because we have done an extraordinary job in the Viccanti to create an accreditation agency, a state council of independent quality and unrecognized by no one”, he added.

Bytyqi has agreed that the decisions of the State Council of Quality are independent and have not favoured or supported anyone.

According to him, in his letter to the Ministry of Education, the ministry has been blamed, adding that the minister has no influence on these decisions.

However, he has said that if someone estimates that he has been wronged, then let him address institutions and not pressure the Ministry and the State Council of Quality for personal benefits that make them individual.

Minister Bytyqi has said he expects the State Council of Quality not to fall prey to such pressures, adding that they will have his support to the end.

“I make public call I The SPE to meet the preset criteria for accreditation and not put on pressure and blackmail, which make individuals assigned for personal benefits”, Education Minister Shyqi said
