Open letter Deda Thaci: Kosovo sharing at risk

Kosovo Assembly MP Ilir Deda has written an open letter to President Hashim Thaci, where among other things I warn them of Thaci's statements of border correction.

Deda on this letter writes that this implies partitioning Kosovo as well as reminding Thaci that these are anti-state actions and contrary to national interests.

Your Honor. President,

Your actions, now spread out publicly regarding the “correction of our state's” borders with the Republic of Serbia, which means partitioning Kosovo, are deeply anti-state actions and are in full opposition to national vital interests.

Your mandate demonstrates the preservation of constitutional order, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Kosovo. You, consciously, are violating exactly this mandate. Your political commitment to partitioning Kosovo is a political adventure that will lead our country to human tragedy with what even the existence of the state itself will be questioned, undoing it.

You're not thinking about people or economic resources in territories you want to take “As for the reminder to you, if you do not know, or have forgotten:
-12% of Trepca are north of the Iber River.
- Gazivoda Lake, 75% of which is located in Kosovo, is designed and built on international loans from the Government of Kosovo to the former - R The SPJ, for the needs of citizens and the development of Kosovo.
The Gazivoda Lake provides drinking and agricultural water to Kosovo's Plains, as well as cooling thermoelectric generators in Obilic, without which they will not function. Gazivoda's forgiveness left Kosovo without water and without electricity.
Moreover, in four northern municipalities, except for about 35,000 Serbs, some 8,000 members of other peoples live. About 5,000 Albanians live in northern Mitrovica, Zvecan, Zubin Potok and Leposaviq. All of them together are under pressure from organised crime networks, which co-operate closely with both the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo.

None of these facts you take into account, but for reasons you only know you can easily overlook them as if they did not exist.

Our people in the Presevo Valley have been overlooked by you for over a decade. And now that it's <x0ndmiren” with them, instead of turning Albanians into victims in the Presevo Valley, you must commit to protecting their rights and security. You are ignoring the fact that Serbia has built its largest military base in the vicinity of Bujanovac, right in the middle of the Presevo Valley, which serves not only as a threat to local Albanians but also to Kosovo. Also, only you try to shake out the eyes of the Albanian people in the Valley that Serbia would also allow the Belgrade-Thessaloniki Railway and highway that split the valley half into Kosovo control. Your claim that Serbia will give up this territory of high strategic interest to it is only a fraud, and nothing more. But this trick of yours can cost most Albanians in the Valley.

Your anti-state, anti-unconstitutional and anti-national commitment will not only solve the “Albanian-Serbian conflict, but produce human tragedies for Albanians in the Presevo Valley and the northern part of Kosovo, as well as for Serbs south of the Iber River. Terri-ethnic definition and the displacement of the population is neither more nor less the implementation of the fascist project of “Memorandumi”, the notorious Academy of Sciences and Arts of Serbia, and of Serbia's state estabilities in the last three decades.

Therefore, I call on you publicly to withdraw from such political adventures and resign. Your resignation would save Kosovo from destruction, and it would enable you to live in Kosovo as a former leader and citizen who has admitted their mistakes, and has repented of them. Admitting the mistake is a noble act, while implementing Kosovo's plans for breaching is crime and treason.

If you do not give up immediate resignations, you will face the Kosovo Assembly, which has no choice left but to initiate the Tuaj dismissal procedure from the Kosovo president's position due to the endangering of Kosovo's territorial integrity and its constitutional order. While, history will remember you as the man who destroyed the state of Kosovo, for which they gave up their lives and contributed generations in the last 100 years.
