GAP Institute, GLPS (Political Studies Group) and P The IPS at a media conference have introduced the findings from monitoring remaining and pre-priced obligations to be finalised during 2018, according to the Kosovo Government's decision to key priorities of the European Agency for 2018.
In the Agency for European Reform (ERA), 14 per cent of the measures have not been implemented and around 20 per cent are partially implemented.
Nora Jusuf of the GAP Institute stressed that all the European Reform agendas, which it said had to meet in 2017, have not been met.
She added that institutions have progress on targets, but there is still a halt to their realisation.
Jusuf says these impasses risk losing funds for about 80m euros from the SAA and EU integration.
The doctor from GLPS confirmed that the biggest challenges lie in the rule of law, in fighting corruption and organised crime.
In contrast, Visar Jamaica by PIPS stated that the third area monitored is for the quality of education, which has been mired in this sector during 2018.
