Hashim Thaci reacts quickly to Sali Berisha: You haven't sheltered Akentin and bin Laden.

As with other days, Thaci has said today there will be no partition of Kosovo, no exchange of territories, but a union of Presevo, Medvedja and Bujanovac.

Thaci has also retaliated to Sali Berisha, who said during the day there should be no exchange of territories with Serbia and that Hashim Thaci should not trade with Albanian land with Serbia.

Thaci, meanwhile, has responded sharply to Berisha, saying he has been helping Milosevic's regime, sheltered bin Laden and the Serbian killer, Arkan.

Not the partition of Kosovo, not the exchange of territories, is uniting the Medvedja and Bujanovac Presevo with Kosovo, within the framework of border correction between Kosovo and Serbia, in the process of dialogue for normalising interstate relations peacefully.

This process, if we prove wise and united, will be concluded with mutual recognition of Kosovo -- Serbia -- and Kosovo will be included in all international organisations -- in the EU, NATO and the UN.

We should not repeat mistakes as we were made late for the establishment of the Kosovo Army or the delayed demarcation vote with Montenegro.

For the process of dialogue and peaceful agreement, Kosovo has the full support of the European Union and the United States of America.

On this common journey, Kosovo will have no qualms because Kosovo's freedom and independence are the product of our sacrifice and Euro-Atlantic support.

The institutions of the Republic of Kosovo today at least need the advice of those expelled with massive votes from the political scene.

Especially of those who in the mid 1992 '97s traded and caused military and police machinery and Balkan butcher Slobodan Milosevic to survive their dirty activities.
