Harxhi: I never expected the territorial exchange proposal to come from Kosovo

Kosovo president's statements of border correction have provoked strong responses in Pristina and Tirana.

Publicist and writer Veton Surroi has told Top Channel television that this idea “is actually a disguise for exchange of” territories.
