A wrong dive into the sea has brought serious damage to the 43-year-old youth column, identified as the citizen Defrem Valter.
The man at the time of his dive has encountered a layer of sand, resulting in spinal breach.
The first aid was given on Ksamil's beach, while then 43-year-old was transported by helicopter to Tirana Hospital.
