On Saturday, the European Union's four-month term for drafting the Serbian Major Commission Association draftation. The management team has prepared this draft under the Brussels Agreement and bypassing the recommendations of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo.
Tomorrow, the deadline set by the European Union for drafting a draft body of Serb-run municipalities. The Kosovo government has yet to accept the draft, which it hopes will be within constitutional frameworks, Zer writes.
While Minister of Local Power Ivan Todjetlic has declared that the management team is drafting a draft board under the Brussels Agreement by bypassing the Kosovo Constitution.
This statement has raised responses on both the position and the opposition, which for the newspaper “Voice” have said that the only acceptable version is the one where Kosovo's Constitution is not violated, while a part of the opposition has been declared that it will by no means accept Association, and if that happens they have warned the measures until the break-up of that decision.
