From the state budget of 59m euros, just in the first six months of the year

The first half of the year has been shut down by 7.6 billion dollars less in Albania's budget, or about 59m euros, in proportion to the planned. Referring to the final fiscal indicators released by the Ministry of Finance, it turns out that in the first 6 months of the year, 216.9 billion dollars [...] have been raised.
Reference to the final fiscal indicators released by the Ministry of Finance, it turns out that in the first 6 months of the year, 216.9 billion dollars in state vaults have been raised, while 224.5 billion dollars were projected to be collected, Scan reports.
Due to the failure to realise the plan, there has been a decrease in VAT and tax revenues that have not been collected to the expected extent, even though the government has reduced the VAT threshold for small businesses to $2m from April 1st. Concretically, 67.9 md has been raised, or $4.3 billion less than anticipated.
While revenues from “Tax on Fitim” have been realised to an estimated $1.9 billion or less. Likewise, the voice “Personal Revenue Tax” has raised 1 billion less dollars.
In total, government revenues have increased by 2.3% during the first half of the year compared to the same period a year ago. As general public spending, for the first half of 2018, amounted to about 214.6 billion dollars, or 10.9 billion dollars, less than were expected to be spent.
A few days ago, through a normative act, the government changed the budget by giving more priority to investment and end-of-year reward to pensioners.
