Ahmeti: The very dangerous situation, to be called the extraordinary session

The chairman of this party, Shpend Ahmeti, has shown on the Info Magazine of Klan Kosovo the reasons why they have done so.

“We have submitted to the Republic of Kosovo's Parliament request by the PSD to cease the dismissal of MPs and return because we are actually in a very critical phase for Kosovo”.

“Taking into account that six signatures are needed, so 5 % of the deputies to call the Core Meeting, we've collected 12 PSD signatures, so 10 %s of the deputies, so that the Assembly of Headship is called”.

“Kadri Veselini in his response to this request says the spring session in the Assembly has completed the works on July 30th, and that the session's chairman has announced and that the autumn session begins work on September 2nd on September”.

During the weekend we had this next crisis when we were talking about declaring autonomy from northern municipalities, talking about a possible Special Forces intervention, about KFOR and NATO guarding Ujman Lake”.

The president is also talking about border corrections, where the United States is saying that everything that parties agree on about us is okay that we do not rule out certain topics for the first time. Amazingly, Vuciqi and Vulin begin using the term "border correction" at the same time that Thaci starts using”.

In this situation to go on vacation until the second week of September really is incomprehensible to us. If this nation had passed many laws and had hundreds of discussions and fulfilled its work plan, then we would have said that they deserved fired”.

Ahmeti at the Kosovo Clan Info Magazine has also criticised the Parliament's work throughout the spring session.

And so, first. The PSD has said they will make efforts to call an extraordinary session.

The number of laws passed is slim, the legislative calendar is too late. They haven't passed a lot of laws, we don't have budget reviews, and we're going six weeks off on vacation, paid for two thousand euros where they meet once a week in Commissions, don't take my deputies for the worse, but I don't think it's a situation where we need to be off”.

We will officially ask the Democratic League of Kosovo and the Vetevendosje Movement to collect 40 signatures for the extraordinary session”.

I read a statement by MP Albulen Haxhiu today who said we are not interested in continuing. He said we have to file genocide charges, have full reciprocity with Serbia, and there were several other points that would be good to discuss in the country”.

“If it agrees with all of us why not pass these points but because reciprocity with Serbia does not become”.

We need to discuss this issue as it is not directed by individual MPs, it is good for the Speaker of the Parliament to call at least the headship meeting to discuss that the situation is extremely dangerous”.

The next meeting is scheduled for Thaci-Vucciq in early September, there in Brussels they are said to be willing to discuss all of this”.
