The move was scheduled after prosecutor Sahide Gashi's proposal.
Regarding the proposed request by the state prosecutor for the bail measure, defendant Besim Berisha's defender, lawyer Gani Kelmendi said he agrees with the move.
I agree with the appointment of bail measure at a lot of 3,000 euros, and I propose to the Court to approve the same and to return passport”, lawyer Kelmendi said.
And the defender of the accused, Moses Kerelaj, the lawyer, Aurora Mulhram, agreed with the measure of bail.

The defendants allegedly had access to narcotics without authorization.
During a police operation in Pec they were found and confiscated an amount of 0.5 grams allegedly of cocaine type and another amount of 9.1 grams in 2 bags, which is suspected of being of marijuana.
