“VV and LDK co-ordinated not to vote on certain laws”

The Kosovo Assembly hearing has started with the adoption of several bills from the past session, however, the Vetevendosje Movement and the Democratic League of Kosovo, announced that they have been co-ordinated not to vote on certain bills. Initially, the Energy Efficiency Bill, the Change Bill and Fulfilling of the Automedia Law and the Chamber Bill [...] have been adopted.
Initially, the Energy Efficiency Bill has been adopted, the draft law on change and completion of the Law on Auto-Traditions and the Supreme Court's Special Chamber of Cases on Kosovo Privatisation Agency, but not also the draft law on ratification of the Agreement between Kosovo and the European Union on Kosovo's participation in the Union Programme “The competition of small and medium-sized enterprises 2014-2020x1>, due to the lack of quantum.
Democratic League of Kosovo MP Andmend Zemaj filed a procedure for the postal service bill, where after the vote it has been delayed for the next session.
While the head of the Vetevendosje Movement parliamentary group, Glauk Konjufca, announced that they have also been co-ordinated with the Democratic League for failing to vote on the bill.
You're seeing it from the beginning because of our dissatisfaction with many laws and which we don't want to go through in any way because they're built and written incorrectly, we're not just voting against it, but we're trying to escape these laws and we have a co-ordination as seen with the LDK and in that sense you can't apply any tacticality that makes our non-compliance in these laws. We are not voting for either against or abstention, we have to account for our action as non-participation in the vote, this is non-participation, not who's cutting hands is because it's manipulation”, he said.
The chairman of the session, Kadri Wessel, thanked the position but said all the bills were passed.
“Political positions are political, which I don't interfere with. What is a situation in this hearing is that all the bills were passed, except for the two-thirds bill. Thank you for publicizing the position, all the bills today passed, not two-thirds “, he said.
LDK MP Armend Zemaj said that for every bill they give by vote.
Our nonparticipation in certain laws is a vote against and this should be identified in the process. You can secure and you are obliged to have the majority, and if you have the majority, then our vote is minority in relation to what you need to have”, he said.
Wessel, on the other hand, told him that he is respecting regulations more than necessary.
