It has been four months since Mustafa Cullocker has abandoned his native Turkey due to problems he says he has with his state.
He and his family have found refuge at the Center for Asylum in Lipjane, where they will continue to stay for a while.
During his stay at this center, Cullocker had also learned a few words in Albanian but with many obstacles. As much as he could understand from the questions posed to him, Cullocker briefly pointed out the reason for his family's accommodations in this Center.
“We are here because of problems in Turkey. I've been here for four months. We will continue to stay here”, Cullocker tells the newspaper “Sound”.
He seems satisfied and secure within this center. “Yes, yes, that's very nice”, he says, but refuses to reveal more details about his departure from Turkey.
Like Mustafa's family, many families from different countries, mostly from Turkey, have been sheltered in this centre.
The expulsion of six Turkish citizens from Kosovo -- supporters of cleric Fetullah Gulen -- in March of this year has prompted the number of families from Turkey seeking refuge at the Lipjan Centre to rise.
For the first half of this year at the Lipjan Center for Asylum, 108 asylum seekers have registered, number higher than during the entire last year.
During 2017, only 81 asylum seekers were registered, since this figure was exceeded during the six months of this year
