They say residents from other areas are being employed in the Energy Corporation, despite the fact that by law they have priorities in jobs generated by superficial mines and energy production.
Residents are indignant that the price of energy has not yet decreased, as provided by law.
The initiator of this law, the former delegation to the Kosovo Assembly from the Union Movement ranks, says its failure to comply is a lack of political will.
But the mayor of the municipality, Xhafer Gashi, on the other hand, says the law is not being implemented the cause of budgetary implications.
Gashi is awaiting approval of the Law on Mines and Minerals, where 20% of the budget from the transfer of the mineral entity is re-locked by the Central Budget for the municipality's budget.
The Mine and Mine Law was in order of the day at the Assembly session, which was held Thursday, but was postponed for the next session.
