Only 19 percent have so far been realised, while each session faces similar problems, lack of quorum, or voter turnout. Those who oversee the work of the Parliament have little hope that this mindiness will change, given the approach of MPs.
Artan Murati from KDI has said that the work of MPs cannot be counted for hours in the hall, but with the productivity they bring.
Meanwhile, the chairman of the Commission for Legislation, Albulen Haxhiu, has voiced concern for organising work in the Assembly. MPs still have no information on whether to go on vacation or not.
But, according to the Assembly Order, August is a vacation for them, and their work comes back in the second week of September.
