Early in 2017, unpaid obligations, according to the Financial Plan, had presented 15 million and 535 thousand and 336 euros.
Later, the debt was added 22 million and 588 thousand and 872 euros. Much of the unpaid obligations are to the company Bechtel & Enka and have to do with the construction of the Pristina highway BAR Hani of Elez. According to the reasoning of responsible officials, the main reason for the establishment of these obligations was the lack of budget. MI's procurement office has signed contracts of much greater value than before. It was meant to contract supplies and services worth about 13m euros, but has signed contracts worth more than 22m euros.
The audience has found miscalculation of spending within the category of goods and services. The Ministry of Infrastructure has entered contractual obligations without adequate financial coverage.
