He said that in the last three months, he has travelled to every country in Kosovo, met with thousands of girls and boys in her villages and towns to listen to young people's ideas about their town, about school, family, state and society.

I've heard young people's ideas about their town, their school, their family, the state and society. I've heard their dreams and their hopes for the future. And, I've got their trust to make state ideas of their own.

In the past two decades, Kosovo has made great progress. Nobody would believe it. But that is an undeniable fact. Our country is free and secure home for each citizen.

We've modernised the country. We have built the most contemporary infrastructure in the region and raised wages for each category.

Our people live better.

This major change bears the stamp of the Democratic Party of Kosovo.

And, each of us should be proud of that.

But is that all we can do?

Of course not!

The Democratic Party is ready to do even more for Kosovo. And we will do it! We won't stop. We will overcome any challenge. With courage and determination. This is our identity and commitment.

The leading structure of the Democratic Party of Kosovo,

A year ago, we received a message from citizens. That we should change. That it is not enough only to win war, to proclaim independence, to lay the foundations of the modern state. That the PDK must build an even better state to work and live on.

Construction of the state cannot be done in a day. It can't be done in a year. Not even for a decade.

We all know we still have challenges.

We could ignore the message we received from citizens. Instead, we have decided to listen to their voice.

Because, the PDK has been created to serve Kosovo and its citizens. And whenever Kosovo calls the PDK it is there.

Because, the PDK and Kosovo are one!

Here we are, building a new PDK.

A new PDK, with more new people on its forehead. A PDK with more women at its helm.

A New PDK, with those 19 years holding it strong, proud and victorious PDK and never stopped.

A PDK of intellectuals, worthy warriors who were willing to offer everything to freedom and country, with entrepreneurs, innovators, miners, doctors, teachers, workers and farmers.

A new PDK, which will treat everyone equally.

All of you who have come here today, who have been elected to top the youth structures, will build the New Decade in Kosovo. We will grow and develop together with Kosovo.

We understand citizens when they complain about corruption and nepotism. It is true that there are young unemployed, doctors and engineers, lawyers and economists, and other profiles.

There are few who think there are no equal chances in Kosovo today, that competition for professional merits for a job is not respected.

This has hurt the hopes of many who are thinking of leaving Kosovo. We cannot close our eyes before this situation.

We'll respond to it.

The Democratic Party of Kosovo, in the New Decade, is responding to it. With all its structures. With her youth. With the homelands, witnessed in glorious days of liberation and state building. No one can stop us.

Because we love this place.
