Moreover, Kosovo Assembly Speaker Kadri Wessel's top number was posted. According to the Secretary of the Parliament, the Prime Minister owns 14 monthly councillors whose monthly salary is over a thousand euros.

Parliament Secretary Ismet Krasniqi, who presented the spending report to the commission members for the first quarter 2018, said that for these months, 54.79 per cent are spent in total budgets.

But Commission Chairman Lumir Abdixhiku requested clarification from the Parliament why 25 thousand euros have been spent subsidies for public entities, which, according to him, is very high and 23 thousand euros in wages for official trips by the Assembly administration. While demanding that travel teams be reduced, which, according to him, resemble a hike.

Parliament Secretary Krasniqi said that, unlike the deputies, who are backed by donors, the administration's supervisory staff, are paid by the Parliament. And in terms of subsidies, he clarified the amounts being paid for the salaries of the late MP Agim Kika and several other subsidies of several officials with special needs, as well as some NGOs with which the assembly has memorandums of co-operation and that all subsidies under it are divided by the decision of headship.

E Abdixhiku asked by Secretary Krasniqi to know the number of advisers of Parliament Speaker Kadri Wessel.

Krasniqi said that Wessel has 14 advisers, who are paid from 1040 euros and 1070 euros a month.
