At this meeting, Prime Minister Haradinaj said the reason why Kosovo has been very lucky is the good treatment it has received from many countries in the world.
Kosovo has been helped in crisis times and over and over again by many countries, even today. The government I run has an approach to completing the list of chores, the list of things to do to improve the lives of citizens. This is what I'm focused on. Some results we are already seeing, but we still have challenges before us”, Haradinaj said.
Before the students, Prime Minister Haradinaj stressed the goal of Kosovo joining the family of nations to be a member of the UN, part of the European family, NATO, hoping in good bilateral relations with each country in the world.
In this case, Prime Minister Haradinaj has answered students' questions concerning the positive recommendation of visa liberalisation.
Europe yesterday has freed its citizens. We're Europeans. The fact that we are known to have fulfilled all conditions is the success of Europe. With this privilege comes additional commitment, and I am convinced that we will complete our obligations in this process. We welcome yesterday's recommendation and believe that through Parliament and individual states, we will reap success on this journey. Even your states have estimated that we, like Kosovo, are carrying out our homework”, Prime Minister Haradinaj said.
Similarly, the prime minister has answered other student questions that mainly concerned foreign investments in Kosovo, economic development, youth and their future, as well as EU integration, reaffirming the position that Kosovo has Euro-Atlantic orientation. Prime Minister Haradinaj has also spoken of the bitter past, saying Kosovo still has open issues that must be closed.
To end these issues, it's best to be a team. We hope that Europe, the US and other states will help us close all open issues in this part of the world. But Europe has an important role and can do much in this direction”, Prime Minister Haradinaj said.
In this discussion with students, the prime minister stressed the Government's commitment to economic development as one of the most important factors for strengthening the country.
We want to deliver a message and encourage entrepreneurs. So, please, invest in Kosovo and visit us because our food, hospitality, country and people are very extraordinary. Visiting Kosovo will teach our truth”, Prime Minister Haradinaj said.
