According to him, the speed in this process, which is mainly being sought by the international community, is not required by Pristina and does not coincide with Pristina. Speaking already of Kosovo's representation in the dialogue, he has added further that it should be clarified who gives legitimacy for representation of Kosovo's democratic society in such processes. And in a functional policy he said the Parliament should do that.
The Assembly and this legislature as far as I know has not legitimised anyone for representing the” talks, Gorani said. He also said that he does not even know in the Constitution that the president can do it. The opposition is now demanding that President Thaci not represent Kosovo in the dialogue on normalising relations, whose end has been warned that it will be signed this year.
