The European Union office has not specifically mentioned the Constitutional Court's decision when it has been asked about documents that will be guides during the draft of the Association/United Status of Serb Major municipalities.
In response to the newspaper, this office has referred to Kosovo's “legal framework” as well as the August 2015 Agreement on the establishment of Association/Unity, in which the Constitutional Court has found violations in its seven chapters, Koha Ditore writes today.
The “Association/Uniship will be established within Kosovo's legal framework, based on the Brussels Agreement and key general elements/progress of the Association of Serb-run municipalities reached between the parties in August 2015”, is said to be in response to the EU office, which is led by Natalia Apostolova. “Kosovo has given the mandate to the Managing Team to draft the Association/United Law. Their work is continuing ... The European Union expects all agreements reached within the framework of EU facilitated dialogue to be implemented without further delays, in particular the Agreement on Association/Basia and Energy”.
