The Kosovo Democratic Party branch in Skenderaj has reacted, as it says, about the recent actions of Skyeraj Mayor Bekim Jashari over the removal of municipal officials.
“The removal of municipal officials' abusive action by President Jashari”, the party stresses.

The PDK branch in Skenderaj on the job of 6 municipal officials with the status of the civil servant, the persecution of three other officials in the disciplinary commissions (no reason), stops in personal income contrary to the Civil Service Law, the failure to comply with the decisions of the Independent Council of Overseers (the case of the Procuration official), attempts to smuggle through a scandalous document the change of the Communist Union, deems them arbitrary, illegally and unconsciously against the mayor of the weekend. Bekim Jashar.

Such anti-legal and arbitrary actions, in addition to violating the good practices built for years in the Skyeraj public administration, also testify to the orientation to install an abusive, inhuman and incapacitated system.

On the day of making the illegal decision to cancel the September 2017 regular competition, which leaves 6 municipal officials, Mr. Yasar makes another illegal decision, and at the expense of the Skywright municipality budget, announcing contests for special services for positions from which 5 civil servants accepted in regular competitions have been dismissed on the same day. The move is illegal and damages the municipality budget, as contracts for special services are paid by the budgetary category of goods and services, while the salaries of municipal administration officials must be paid by the salary category. And on the other hand, through official reactions and an attempt to cover antilegal acts in the name of facts, Mr. Jashar presents various KPM decisions that have nothing to do with concrete cases.

By the time Mr. Yasar is removing civil servants from work in municipal administration, he is employing clientlists, nepotsie, without criteria and without fair competitions, family representatives of political subjects for purposes only he knows.

Jashari in this way, in recent weeks, has employed without criteria and competition in municipal institutions: at the QKMF the Assembly's wife of NISMA, as well as in the QKMF the son of the LDK assemblyist, in the municipal administration the wife of the assemblyist expelled from the PDK, and in the party assemblyist Word in education.

We inform Mr. Yasar that the actions he is taking are unacceptable to The PDK in Scytheright, so we invite it to reflect, on the contrary we will reconsider our political position.

As stated many times publicly, we have supported Mr. Yasar in local elections, but we will never support, even strongly oppose his anti-legal actions and at the expense of the interest of Skyright citizens, it is said at the end of the response.
