European Union officials say informing citizens of the dialogue process is up to both governments. While MPs say they have not been sufficiently informed with the agreements reached.
While dialogue monitoring say some agreements have not been published on the government's official site and that the Government has rejected their requests for access to official documents, the voice writes.
The Information Office in the Government of Kosovo has not provided answers to whether all agreements are published on the Government page, but has only sent the link in which some of these documents are found..
