The state of Switzerland has made the decision that it could expel foreigners with crime files even in cases where their planned criminal acts have remained on the run.
The decision was made by the Federal Court in Lozanne, the highest degree of trial in the country, writes Sda.ch.
With this decision, Lozana has awarded the Supreme Court of Canton Aragau, which had ruled identically over a case of attempted violent theft.
According to the Federal Court, when dealing with the expulsion from Switzerland, it does not play a role in whether the appointed criminal act was carried out in full or remained in the attempt.
