The law to prevent the conflict of interest of “obligon” to establish criminal scathing against the prime minister and other government officials, as in its opinion this agency has found to be acting contrary to the Law to prevent conflict of interest.
Each time the agency has reasonable doubts that with the violations of the provisions of this law there are elements of any criminal act, it is forced to present criminal speculation to the competent Prosecution”, Article 21 of this Law says. On this issue, the Anti-Corruption Agency will act in accordance with the legislation in force”, said an AKK response to the paper.
