In the question of whether changes in the Western Balkans make it a factor in the stability of the region or is the region that produces the crisis, Zaev said that the Western Balkans every time have proved that there can be sincere, energetic and determined political leaders who, according to him, can appreciate what is needed for their citizens.
“If ever the Western Balkans have been committed to the common future, it is now. It's a very important moment. We know each other's needs and we have shown that Europe is a”, Zaev said.
While in question of how EU recommendations for Macedonia will be adopted, especially after the recommendation for the start of the talks, Zaev said the European Commission's decision is clear and that government policies have been confirmed with it.
