Trump withdraws troops from Nigeria, brings to Kosovo

The White House gave Congress detailed information about the transfer of American troops from Nigeria to Kosovo on Friday, but did not specify data from many war-torn countries where the American military has a considerable presence, reports American media. The U.S. <x0 ... Armed Forces, in a non-combat role, have continued to provide limited military councils and information, logistics and other support for regional forces fighting the Yemen” uprising, the letter says. “U.S. Forces are present in Saudi Arabia for this purpose”.
In Syria, the document acknowledges a limited number of attacks against pro-Syrian government forces... that were legitimate measures to combat immediate threats to partner forces engaged in that campaign”.
Despite the data concessions, the Pentagon has previously announced American troops scattered in war zones, including 15,000 in Afghanistan, 5,000 in Iraq and 2,000 in Syria.
Trump critics say Congress should be provided specific authorization for combat missions.
