At least 100 immigrants have been killed in Libya today, among them three children. It seems that even these heavy images led the three lifeless children to land on the beach, dressed in bright clothes to make the impression that they were sleeping.
Migrants lost their lives after the boat they were traveling to Europe sank in Tripoli.
The lifeless bodies of three children were found by coastal guards, while 14 others have been rescued.
The victims were all Libyan immigrants who were destined for the European coast.
The tragedy comes at a time when European Union leaders welcomed the arrival of a new agreement on migration that could prevent dangerous migration crossings across the Mediterranean.
