The Civil Society Group for the collection of evidence for war crimes and the preparation of criminal charges against Serbian criminals during the 1998/99 war has handed over today the fifth contingent with criminal charges to the Special Prosecutor.
Civil Society Group representative Mevlyde Sadi suggested there are over 150 criminal charges, which have been handed over to the Special Prosecutor in Pristina today.
I wish these criminal charges would take the course of justice and be punished by criminals”, said Pandini-Saraci.
According to her, criminal charges are rich in evidence and concrete, which so far have been hidden.
The families have described people with names, their surnames, their looks, their masks, they have shown who killed them by the family who burned their houses. It has shown that the Yugoslav Army has been involved in the part of the new bloc in Gjakova in the border part of Albania and Serb criminals, who have also used Albanian with masks to kill their fellow citizens. I think there's a lot of evidence the court needs to have all of them written down their personal number can prove”, she said.
The difficulty- Saraci invited other municipalities to act the same as Gjakova.
“Today we have come to hand over the fifth contingent of criminal horseing of Serbian criminals walking to Serbia and Kosovo. Gjakova's mobilization is not enough because criminals have driven all of Kosovo”, she said.
After handing over criminal charges, Saraci said he believes he will be seen with criminals at the Court on Tuesday, since, as she said, the prosecution is dealing with criminal cases filed so far.
