The minister held a meeting with representatives of the Iowa Government Agency, which deals with development of the workforce, which exchanged ideas about building co-operation in terms of increasing employment.
Recica was also met at a meeting by representatives of the Government Department for Veterans' Affairs, who informed them about the obligations and dedication of the Government of Kosovo for veterans and their rights.
The minister held separate meetings in the organisation <x0-United Way “, which brought together donors, businesses, government representatives and expert, as well as the DMACC college with which Kosovo has already initiated the implementation of several professional education programmes.
At the meeting the minister was also hosted by representatives of the Economic Ode at the Iowa Des Moines, who announced the minister about efforts that through innovation, strategic planning and global co-operation, they help create jobs. At this point, together they agreed to deepen co-operation on concrete issues and projects.
